Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced bartender who is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about beverages, and thrives in a high-energy environment. This role requires strong bartending skills and serving experience, as you will interact closely with guests both at the bar and on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming bar atmosphere
• Take food and drink orders and deliver them accurately (serving experience required)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check IDs and ensure compliance with all liquor laws
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts

Qualifications:

• Required: Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
• Required: Previous serving experience (full-service restaurant preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar operations
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and provide friendly, attentive service
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:

• Experience with craft cocktails and local beers
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems
• Current Washington State MAST permit (or willingness to obtain)
