Who We Are
Takumi is an Asian bistro blending bold flavors, elevated presentation, and a vibrant dining atmosphere. As we open our second Nashville location, we’re building a bar program that complements our food and delivers a memorable guest experience. We’re looking for bartenders who take pride in their craft and enjoy being part of a growing concept.

We will be opening May 5th. Our timeline was pushed back from our original opening so we apologize to any applicants that reached out earlier on, please feel free to reapply.

The Role
This role requires speed, consistency, personality, and attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for executing cocktails, supporting the dining room, and maintaining an organized, efficient bar during service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe standards
• Execute service bar tickets quickly and accurately
• Provide friendly, confident guest interaction at the bar
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and setup of the bar before, during, and after service
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Assist with restocking, prep, and daily bar duties
• Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen staff, and management

What We’re Looking For

• Bartending experience preferred
• Strong understanding of bar flow and service timing
• Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
• Team-first mindset and reliable work ethic
• Willingness to learn Takumi’s cocktail menu and flavor profiles
• Night, weekend, and holiday availability
• Must meet Tennessee alcohol service requirements
