Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage operations. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including daily specials, and actively engage in upselling to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest needs throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation.
• Assist with bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and preparing for new guests.
• Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures while ensuring guest confidentiality.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS systems is highly desirable.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
