Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar.

**Must be able to be flexible in work hours and work weekends. Base pay plus tips - $100 avg**

Duties:

- Mix ingredients to prepare and garnish cocktails and other beverages according to TaterQue standards

- Greeting customers with a friendly attitude

- Provide exceptional customer service and offering customized recommendations whne asked.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar, and dining area

- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision from start to finish

- Clean drink machines, utensils, and bar equipment

- Assist with bar stocking and maintaining inventory levels

Experience:

- Valid TABC and Food Handler certification required.

- Previous experience (1+ year) in providing customer service and bartending at a restaurant or bar setting is preferred

- Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
