Ultramar is looking for an energetic, skilled, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team. We’re a lively coastal restaurant known for our fresh seafood, laid-back atmosphere, and great drinks. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Manage tabs and process payments accurately.
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and promoting specials.
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible service practices.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience required (restaurant or high-volume bar preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Weekend availability.
