Bartender

Jagger Suite is seeking an experienced, high-energy Bartender to join our upscale nightlife team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong mixology skills who can execute classic cocktails and elevated signature drinks with speed, precision, and consistency in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with accuracy and efficiency
• Execute classic cocktail builds and venue-specific signature cocktails to standard
• Demonstrate strong mixology knowledge, including proper techniques, balance, and presentation
• Accurately handle cash and credit transactions
• Maintain speed and consistency during high-volume service
• Engage guests professionally and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking at all times
• Comply with all alcohol service, safety, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with servers, barbacks, security, and management
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience bartending in a high-volume bar, lounge, or nightclub
• Mixology experience required, including classic cocktail builds
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced nightlife environment
• Professional appearance and confident, guest-focused demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift bar-related items
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet all state and local alcohol service requirements
