Job Summary
Well Burger Bar is looking for energetic, personable, and experienced Bartenders to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional drink service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and providing outstanding customer experience in our lively burger bar setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (classic cocktails, craft beers, signature drinks, wine, and non-alcoholic options)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times
• Accurately take drink and food orders, process payments, and handle cash and POS transactions
• Recommend drink pairings with our signature burgers and menu items
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner while managing high-volume service
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol service laws and regulations (including proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service)
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Monitor guest consumption and intervene appropriately when necessary
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of our menu, specials, and seasonal offerings

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of mixology, craft cocktails, beer, and wine
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for hospitality
