Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will craft drinks, serve guests with enthusiasm, and ensure a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your passion for hospitality and excellent customer service will help create memorable moments for our patrons while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for transactions.
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist in catering or banquet events when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and alcohol service policies.
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere in nightclub or restaurant settings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or restaurant environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations accurately.
• Previous banquet experience or catering background is a plus.
