Job Summary
The Bartender is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages while delivering engaging, elevated guest experiences. This role combines technical skill, product knowledge, and hospitality to drive beverage revenue and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes
- Maintain full knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail programs
- Engage guests with a personable, professional bar presence
- Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization meet established standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Maintain proper cash handling and POS accuracy
- Follow all alcohol service laws and responsible service guidelines
- Support service staff with beverage orders in a timely manner
- Upsell premium spirits, wines, and signature cocktails

Compensation
This is an hourly position with the opportunity for on-call or part time hours and a base wage of $8.00 per hour + tips. Final compensation package offer is subject to change based on a variety of complex factors unique to each candidate including experience, education, skill set, and applicable certifications.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Previous bartending experience required (luxury or high-volume preferred)
- Strong mixology and wine knowledge
