Join our dynamic team as a Bartender and become the heartbeat of our lively venue! As we being the return of our hotel bar. Our bar will begin as soft openings in the beginning and plans to fully return in this energetic role, you'll craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for every guest that will surely help us bring our bar back as a full time amenity for our hotel guests and banquet patrons. Whether you're mixing cocktails at a bustling nightclub or serving guests at a refined banquet, your enthusiasm and skill will elevate the atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Manage Go Daddy Pin Pad POS systems such as Smart Terminal Flex efficiently for order processing, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and prevent over-serving.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for change, and reconcile cash drawers at shift end.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously during busy hours.
• Uphold all food safety standards related to food handling, serving, and alcohol service in accordance with health regulations.
• Contribute to a lively atmosphere by participating in nightclub or event settings, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Previous retail math or hospitality experience is advantageous.
• Experience working in the food industry, including brewing or catering services, is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 28.0 – 40.0 per week
