Bartender

**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Hourly pay $14.00 plus 10% of bar sales.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area

- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age

- Upsell additional products when appropriate

- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

**Skills:**

- Proficient in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation

- Knowledge of retail math for handling payments and making change

- Experience in catering or events is a plus

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing

- Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction

- Basic sales skills to promote specials or new menu items

- Good math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
