Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and maintain accurate cash handling records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
• Assist in setting up catering events, banquets, or private parties by preparing drinks and coordinating with event staff.
• Use excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for handling transactions are essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Experience in retail math, cash handling, and cashiering to ensure accurate transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or catering is advantageous; retail math skills are a plus.
