Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience in our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with local laws.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, including catering and banquet events.
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures.

Skills

• Proficient in using Aloha POS and Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
• Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or catering services preferred.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices within the food industry.
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
