Bartender

Overview
Join our team at Altitude 15 as a Bartender, where hospitality is at the center of everything we do. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences. In this role, you’ll craft thoughtful beverages, connect with guests, and help create an environment that feels welcoming, elevated, and seamless. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented setting where your presence and professionalism truly set the tone.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation
• Provide warm, attentive service and engage with guests in a way that enhances their overall experience
• Accurately process orders using POS systems (Toast, Aloha, Micros, or similar)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Handle cash and transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy and accountability
• Monitor guest consumption and support a safe, responsible service environment
• Work closely with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Stay aware of the flow of service and anticipate guest and team needs during high-volume periods

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience bartending in a high-volume or elevated service environment (restaurant, cocktail bar, events, or catering)
• Strong understanding of classic cocktails, pours, and beverage standards
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha, or Micros
• Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service practices
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling and measurements
• A team-first mindset with a focus on consistency and hospitality
• Interest in craft cocktails, batching, or beverage development is a plus
