Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds seamlessly while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking, adhering to alcohol service policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure timely food and beverage service.
• Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering stock to prevent shortages during busy shifts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events like catering or large banquets.
• Previous retail math or hospitality experience is advantageous; familiarity with brewing or the food industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
