Job Title: Craft Bartender – Cabos Cantina

We’re seeking an experienced craft bartender with a passion for hospitality, mixology, and Mexican cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare craft cocktails to recipe and with consistency

• Provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable bar service

• Recommend tequila, mezcal, and cocktail pairings

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

• Engage guests with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Support teammates and contribute to a positive bar environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or craft bar setting

• Strong knowledge of Mexican spirits, tequila, mezcal, and cocktail culture

• Familiarity with Mexican cuisine is a plus

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
