Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and promoting safe drinking practices.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages regularly to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during banquets or catering events, ensuring seamless delivery of food and drinks.

Skills

• Proven experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings with strong serving skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems familiarity with retail math, restaurant experience, and cash handling is essential.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and sales calculations; understanding of hospitality industry standards is a plus.
• Experience in catering or food industry environments enhances your ability to adapt quickly in dynamic settings.
• Familiarity with brewing processes or nightclub environments is advantageous for creating an energetic atmosphere.
