Bartender

The Diller Room is looking for a qualified and skilled bartender to join our happy, dynamic and dedicated crew. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced bar setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages while providing exceptional 5 star customer service. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Applicants must have a broad knowledge of Liquor, Beer and cocktails. Wine + Classic and craft with a minimum of 2 years experience.

Applicants must be:

  Clean and presentable

  In possession of a current class 12 and food handler's permit

  Able to change a keg

• 
  Able to use POS TOAST system (or similar)

  Have good command of The English Language

  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
