Bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at a vibrant establishment creating unforgettable experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant and food industry, providing exceptional service in a dining setting.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes and procedures
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Operate POS system to process orders and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash register efficiently

Skills:
- Experience in the restaurant or food industry, preferably in fine dining establishments
- Proficiency in POS systems for order processing
- Strong hospitality skills with excellent customer service abilities
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
