Bartender

Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering duties, basic math calculations, and processing payments securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts ensuring smooth operations at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Bar and Serving (2 Year minimum required)
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling practices.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail.
