Listed pay range is hourly base pay. Gratuities are separate!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with members and guests warmly, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using system to ensure accurate billing.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal regulations and company policies.
• Restock bar supplies promptly to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere in all settings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within hospitality environments, including fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems & cash handling.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage members & guests positively and professionally.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management.
• Previous experience with food handling, catering, or banquet service is highly desirable.
