Job Summary:
As a part-time Bartender at GolfSuites Baton Rouge, you will create a fun, energetic, and memorable experience for every guest. Bartenders are responsible for preparing beverages, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and helping create a positive atmosphere throughout the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to GolfSuites recipes and standards
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests
• Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Accurately ring in orders and process payments
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to guest needs
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and cleaning duties
• Uphold GolfSuites standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and safety

Requirements:

• MUST have East Baton Rouge Parish Bar Card!!!
• Friday-Sunday availability is REQUIRED!!!!
• Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred
• Must have a current and unexpired Food Handler’s Permit
• Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of self-awareness, integrity, and receptiveness to feedback
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including maneuvering stairs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stoop and bend

Compensation: $7.25 an hour + tip share
