Bartender

Overview
Looking for both experienced and inexperienced talent to add to our roster. Knowledge of safe-serving, beer knowledge, liquor knowledge, and responsible beverage service is a must. We will train the right passionate candidates, but looking for efficient, multi-tasking, and personable staff. MUST HAVE SOME PERSONALITY.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and well-stocked.
• Engage with customers, taking their orders accurately while providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
• Uphold the highest standards of food handling and safety practices at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with any point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills, enabling you to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Knowledge of sales techniques to promote specials and upsell menu items effectively. Cocktails, import and craft beer!
• A commitment to hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
• Cash handling experience is essential for managing transactions accurately.
