Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. You will be responsible for managing the bar area, and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor, garnishes, and glassware.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, making recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Operate POS system efficiently for order processing and payment handling.
• Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including processing transactions and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred.
• Strong background in customer service within the food industry, showcasing excellent communication skills.
• Basic math skills required for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Experience in cocktail preparation is awesome!
