Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
  • Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive customer service, ensuring a positive experience from order to completion.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
  • Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately while processing transactions swiftly.
  • Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively.
  • Assist in serving food during events like banquets or catering functions when required.
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest ages using proper identification methods.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or special events such as nightclubs or large parties.

Experience

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments.
  • Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
  • Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
