Bartender

Job Summary
We’re on the lookout for a lively and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our bar, mixing drinks, serving guests, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps everyone coming back. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, following established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food safety and food handling practices.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing.
• Support event service during banquets, catering functions, or nightclub nights by providing excellent beverage service.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, and supplies; assist in stock rotation and report shortages or issues.
• Follow all health regulations related to food safety, alcohol service, and workplace safety to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is beneficial.
• Strong skills in time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Experience in fine dining or food industry environments helps deliver exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of retail math for cash handling, tipping procedures, and sales tracking.
• Background in food handling, food safety standards, or brewing adds value to your role.

Pay: $21.98 - $26.47 per hour
