Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and bar offerings.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety standards and responsible food handling practices.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, while managing multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management.
• Restock supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service during catering events or food industry functions, ensuring seamless guest experiences from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments; previous retail math or hospitality experience is highly valued.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced settings.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail math calculations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations.
• Prior experience with catering or banquet events is a plus; brewing knowledge or nightclub experience is desirable but not mandatory.
