Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and food handling standards.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs efficiently.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, following health regulations.
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed to ensure seamless service.
• Support catering events, banquets, nightclubs, or retail outlets by serving drinks in various settings while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality or service speed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create an engaging atmosphere for diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts.
• Experience in food industry settings such as restaurants or catering environments; banquet experience is a plus.
