We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team and deliver a top-tier guest drinking experience that reflects our spirit of hospitality.

Job Summary

As a Bartender at Bayo Social, you'll craft both classic and creative drinks, connect with guests, and help maintain an energetic and welcoming bar atmosphere. The ideal candidate is outgoing, knowledgeable, and passionate about mixology, with the ability to multitask and elevate the guest experience every shift.

Pay

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests at the bar and in the dining room
• Interact with customers, take drink orders, and serve snacks and beverages
• Assess guests’ preferences and make recommendations accordingly
• Mix ingredients to create well-balanced and visually appealing cocktails
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Plan and update bar menu in collaboration with the FOH team
• Restock bar inventory and maintain clean, organized workstations
• Ensure full compliance with state and local food and beverage regulations
• Stay attentive and guest-focused to enhance overall experience

Requirements

• Resume and proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Ability to keep bar operations clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team spirit
• Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Must complete Louisiana state-required ATC (Alcohol & Tobacco Control) training one week after first pay period.
• Relevant mixology or bar training certificate preferred
