We are looking for an experienced and reliable Bartender to join our team! The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, is friendly, and follows recipes accurately to craft delicious drinks. A strong work ethic and great customer service skills are a must.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your knowledge of mixology, customer service, and the food and beverage industry will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or fine dining occasions.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new product offerings to enhance guest experiences.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Follow all safety and alcohol service guidelines

Skills

• Proven experience in the restaurant or food industry, particularly in a bartending role within hospitality settings such as nightclubs or fine dining establishments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food service protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making accurate change.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail and delivering quality service.
