Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage POS systems Clover
• Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards
• Assist in catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by serving drinks and managing bar inventory effectively
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service and prevent over-serving

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and food industry calculations
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal regulations
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in fast-paced settings
