Silver Gulch is hiring an experienced bartender for our destination Alaska brewpub in Fox, just 11 miles north of Fairbanks.

If you’re fast, reliable, good with people, and know how to keep your head when the bar, service tickets, and dining room all hit at once, we want to hear from you.

This is a strong-fit role for someone who wants more than a boring bar job. We serve a mix of locals, tourists, banquet guests, and regulars, with house-brewed beer, a full bar, a scratch-made menu, private events, and busy summer traffic.

What we’re looking for:

• Bartending experience
• Strong guest service skills
• Speed, accuracy, and urgency
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Dependability and professionalism
• Reliable transportation to Fox for scheduled shifts

What you’ll do:

• Serve beer, cocktails, wine, and nonalcoholic drinks accurately and efficiently
• Take care of bar guests and dining room drinks
• Handle service bar tickets quickly and correctly
• Ring orders, manage tabs, and use the POS accurately
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready
• Support events, banquets, and busy seasonal shifts

Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 4 PM–9 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 3 PM–9 PM

Silver Gulch has been part of the Alaska community since 1998. We’re not a generic bar, and this isn’t a stand-around-and-scroll-your-phone kind of job. We need someone who can work hard, stay sharp, and help create the kind of experience that keeps people coming back.
