Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and reconcile tabs with precision using retail math skills.
• Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively.
• Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving drinks professionally and managing multiple tables or stations.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing busy periods.
• Effective time management to juggle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving laws.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
