Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy shifts.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a food service environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
• Certification in food safety or alcohol service is desirable but not mandatory.
