• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, following food safety standards.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills during busy hours.
• Ensure responsible serving by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to promote safety.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by providing prompt service and supporting event setup or breakdown when needed.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for smooth transaction processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance.
• Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate billing and change management.
• Background in food industry roles such as serving, catering, or food service enhances your ability to excel in this position.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while delivering excellent hospitality.
