Be part of something new on the North Fork. The Harbor Front Inn is excited to introduce our soon-to-open Lobby Wine Bar—a refined, coastal-inspired space designed for relaxed luxury, great conversation, and exceptional hospitality. We’re seeking a dynamic Bartender/Server to help bring this experience to life.

Position Overview
This hybrid role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives behind the bar and on the floor. You’ll craft thoughtful wine and cocktail experiences while also delivering attentive, polished table service. From greeting guests to the final pour, you set the tone.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve wine, classic cocktails, and seasonal beverages with consistency and care
• Provide full-service dining experience in the lobby wine bar and lounge areas
• Guide guests through wine selections with confidence and enthusiasm
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar and service area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during high-volume summer shifts
• Uphold elevated service standards that reflect the Harbor Front Inn brand

What We’re Looking For

• Prior bartending and serving experience (wine-focused experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and hospitality trends
• Warm, engaging personality with a guest-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
