Position: Bartender
Location: Gianni’s Restaurant at The Villa Casa Casuarina
Job Description:
Gianni’s Restaurant, located inside the iconic Villa Casa Casuarina, is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a strong knowledge of mixology, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver attentive, high-quality service in a refined, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and creativity
• Provide attentive, engaging service to guests at the bar and dining areas
• Maintain deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail trends
• Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all safety and sanitation standards
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with the service team to deliver a seamless guest experience

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end or fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pool Attendant, Bartender, or similar role preferred
• Knowledge of basic bar service and beverage preparation preferred
• Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
