Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes and customer preferences
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage POS systems to process orders swiftly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving and prevent over-service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Proficiency with POS systems ; familiarity with retail math and basic math skills is essential
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using excellent time management skills
• Experience in serving at banquets or catering events is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that energizes team members and guests alike
