Job Overview- Whiskey and High end cocktails knowledge a plus- looking to fill positions in 2 different bars and atmospheres within our building.
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will contribute to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests feel valued and satisfied from the moment they arrive until their last sip. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
  • Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals.
  • Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs promptly to management.
  • Support catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by serving drinks quickly during busy periods while managing multiple tables or stations.
  • Follow all food handling protocols and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests alike.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
  • Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations.
  • Experience in food service or hospitality roles within the food industry is preferred; retail math skills are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
