About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team! As a Bartender at Stratosphere Social, you will play a key role in creating a fun and memorable guest experience by preparing and serving beverages with efficiency, accuracy, and a friendly attitude. You’ll help set the tone of the venue by delivering excellent service while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and standards.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
Check guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
Handle cash and process payments accurately using the POS system.
Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
Restock bar inventory and notify management of low supplies.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience required.

Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight as needed.
Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.48 - $27.07 per hour
