Bartender – TPI Hospitality

Location: Green Mill Restaurant | Fairmont, MN

Position: Bartender

Shift:

Monday through Saturday: 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Sundays: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Pay: $11.41/hr + Tips

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine according to established recipes and guest preferences
Make drink recommendations and provide guidance on beverage options
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
