Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such Clover and TOAST.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience while promoting menu items and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and processing transactions swiftly and accurately.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, while complying with alcohol regulations.
• Restock bar supplies promptly to ensure smooth service during busy hours; assist with catering or food service when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and ensure seamless operations during events or peak hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover, or TOAST POS; strong cash handling skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special event shifts.
• Must possess and present a current Washington State MAST Certificate and Washington State Food Handlers certificate.
• Verifiable references required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
