Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, handling any issues tactfully.
• Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, glassware, and garnishes to ensure seamless service throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events or special functions like banquets or private parties.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering and cash handling procedures.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that energizes the atmosphere.
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to all legal regulations related to the food industry and beverage service.
