Bartender

Traveler’s Cart is looking for talented, outgoing, and hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our team! We’re a fast-paced, globally inspired street-food restaurant where the bar is an essential part of the guest experience. From craft cocktails to friendly conversation, you’ll bring both skill and personality to the role—creating memorable experiences for every guest who pulls up a seat.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide an inviting bar experience.
• Craft a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with consistency, accuracy, and speed.
• Take and enter drink and food orders accurately using the Toast POS system.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items, including featured cocktails and specialty dishes.
• Manage tabs, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and proper setup throughout service.
• Restock bar inventory, prep garnishes, and ensure all stations are fully stocked.
• Check guest identification to verify age requirements for alcohol service.
• Partner with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow all TABC guidelines, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience required; high-volume or craft cocktail experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Toast POS (and Resy for floor coordination) is a bonus.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• TABC certification and Food Handler certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
