Bartender

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in upscale or craft cocktail environment

We are seeking experienced bartenders who bring precision, energy, and elevated cocktail execution.

Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to balance bar guests and service bar seamlessly

This role requires confidence, efficiency, and a strong sense of hospitality.

Must be available on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash transactions with integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to promote safety.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event teams during catering, banquet functions, or nightclub events to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously during busy hours while ensuring quality standards are met consistently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems; familiarity with cashiering, food handling, and retail math is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse environments.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food industry standards, and responsible serving practices.
• Experience working with beverage brewing processes or in the hospitality industry is a plus.
