Bartender

We are looking for a full time bartender for both 3 Monkeys and Mad Minnow. Season starts 5/7 and ends 10/1. We care a ton that our staff is nice and hardworking. Looking forward to meeting you. Experience required.

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a lively atmosphere where patrons feel welcomed and valued. The ideal candidate is passionate about the food and beverage industry, possesses strong multitasking skills, and thrives in fast-paced environments such as fine dining restaurants, lively bars, or banquet settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently while minimizing waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in lively bar or banquet settings.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving food and beverages during catering or food service events.
• Uphold all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables or bar patrons seamlessly during busy hours.
• Promote sales by recommending drinks and upselling specials to maximize revenue opportunities.

Experience

• Prior experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, bar, or banquet setting is highly preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Toast POS.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively while serving multiple customers efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Experience in retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling are essential for accurate transactions.
• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector will help you excel in this role.

Pay: $22.59 - $50.00 per hour
