Bartender

Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our bar, creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving drinks with precision and flair. Whether you're mixing cocktails, handling cash, or engaging with guests, your enthusiasm and professionalism will help ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining excellent time management to serve guests promptly.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service and creating a fun, inclusive atmosphere.
• Ensure all food safety and food handling protocols are followed during beverage preparation and serving.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment, adhering to health regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality environments that require strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations confidently.
• Experience working in the food industry, including catering or food service roles within restaurants or retail settings.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
