Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role serving our guests at the front bar while ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare drinks and serve customers promptly.
• Stock and replenish bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by regularly cleaning surfaces, glassware, and equipment.
• Remove empty bottles and trash from the bar area to ensure a tidy workspace.
• Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their needs are met.
• Support all bartenders during busy periods by efficiently handling drink orders and maintaining workflow.

Experience

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but we welcome all enthusiastic individuals eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
