Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, maintaining accuracy in cash handling and sales transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, following food safety and food handling protocols.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during nightclubs or large events like banquets or catering functions.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and communicating shortages proactively.
• Support team members during busy periods by demonstrating excellent time management skills and teamwork.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; previous food service or hospitality experience is highly valued.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus; certifications related to food safety or alcohol service are advantageous.
