Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role at Bodhi Farms, located in Bozeman, MT. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, interacting with guests, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining the bar area, handling cash transactions, restocking supplies, and collaborating with the food and beverage team to deliver high-quality service. You will also assist in creating a welcoming and sustainable environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to create positive guest experiences and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proficiency in Bartending, including preparing and serving a variety of beverages while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, with knowledge of proper handling and service procedures for food and drinks.
• Cash Handling skills, including accurately processing payments and balancing cash registers.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in sustainable or farm-to-table dining environments is a plus.
• Must meet legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages in Montana.
